About Leslie's Family
The Ludy’s are a fun-loving family that love to hike in the Colorado mountains and travel together. Four of the six Ludy children were adopted — from Korea, Haiti, and the U.S. They are passionate about sharing the Gospel as a family and each child has unique interests and talents that he or she is seeking to develop in a Christ-centered way. Below is a quick snapshot:

Hudson loves to create songs, screenplays, scripts, and short films. He enjoys acting, singing, and being creative and has worked on film sets, in video production, and in theater, and desires to use creative arts to impact the world for Christ.
Harper
Harper loves animals (especially dogs), Parkour, archery, various kinds of artistic design, and has a passion for overseas rescue work — especially with refugees in life-threatening situations.
Kipling (Kip)
Kip loves the outdoors, hunting, fishing, studying military history, martial arts, mechanics, and wants to be a missionary pilot someday. His favorite missionary hero is Nate Saint.
Avonlea (Avy)
Avy loves athletics, singing, acting, writing, has a heart for vulnerable children, and is a talented competitive gymnast. She hopes to someday become a missionary who works with orphans.

Rees & LIly's Homecoming
After a very intense adoption process and 29 long months of waiting, Rees and Lily finally came home from Haiti (both at age three)! This video captures our first moments with them when they arrived in the U.S. and finally bringing them home.
Harper's Adoption Story
In October of 2006, Eric and I experienced the loss of our second baby through a miscarriage. It was a life-altering experience, awakening us at a whole new level to the amazing value God places on little lives that the rest of the world doesn’t value. It gave us new passion not only for the unborn, but also for orphans around the world. And it redirected our ministry focus toward these precious little ones that so desperately need advocates. As we prayed about how God might want us to stand for these children, His answer to us was “start with one.” That led us to a nearby adoption agency where we saw a picture of the most precious newborn baby hands we had ever seen — missing all of her fingers except for thumbs. Without even seeing her face, we knew she was the one God wanted us to start with. When we said yes to this adoption, one miracle after the next took place. God answered our adoption prayers in powerful and unforgettable ways. Just over four months later, Harper Grace came home from South Korea, and our lives have never been the same since. She has been one of the most amazing gifts of our lives. Now, as she is becoming a young lady, God is stirring within her a beautiful rescuer’s heart, and we can’t wait to see the amazing things God has in store for her future! What a privilege to have this precious girl as part of our family.
