Annie’s mom, Sunday, was an avid supporter of Set Apart Ministries — she was a steadfast encourager and far-away prayer warrior for our team and ministry. The season of her illness and passing were significant in my own spiritual journey, and I witnessed the truth that “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints” (Ps. 116:19). This tribute remembers well a woman I knew and loved, and also reminds me of the type of life I desire to lead and the faithfulness to God I also want to be remembered by.
