What we provide for you:
Once you register as a simulcast host, our team will set you up with access to a webpage where the session videos will be posted after the live session finishes. You can then watch the sessions whenever it works for your event schedule. You'll have access to all the sessions through to the end of the year and can rewatch them as many times as you like!
Each host will also receive a PDF of conference notes which you can print in advance for each of your attendees. And we'll also send you a special discount for ordering resources and book bundles for your event, if you want to have products available for purchase.

Bless your mom-friends who have little ones and plan a day for them to be refreshed in truth, with onsite childcare provided.
Ways to make the time special:
Spend time beforehand praying for each woman attending your event.
Send out an email or text the day before to say how excited you are they will be coming — and let them know they are being prayed for.
Have the conference notes printed and hole punched, and then put them in binders for your guests.
Decorate your space in a way that makes the environment beautiful and set apart.
Put together small gift bags for each woman attending: notebook, pen, mints, special chocolate, personal note, verse card, etc.
Prepare a soft background playlist for after the sessions are done — allowing everyone time to journal, pray, and ponder.
Have a discussion time on how the truths can be personally applied, what was most impactful, etc.

Have each woman pair with another attendee — for ongoing encouragement in applying the truths of the conference!
After your event, send follow-up cards in the mail to encourage each one who attended.
Refreshment Ideas:
- Set up a coffee and tea station for break times.
- If you have a larger event, recruit some ladies to help with the food.
- Have everyone bring an appetizer to share.
- Lay out a charcuterie board spread.
- In the afternoon, get some fresh air outside with lemonade!
- Have build-your-own ice cream sundaes.
- Package a special treat for everyone to leave with at the end of your event.
